EAH links directly from the Marigold West property page to a property-specific RentCafe application portal and also provides a paper-application option. The authorized online portal identifies Marigold West and says applicants can create an account to submit and track an application.
Start from EAH's current Marigold West page or the linked property-specific portal rather than a copied social-media or text-message link. Before sharing identity, income, banking or other sensitive documents, confirm the property name and authorized destination.
General Affordable applications and CES referrals are not the same lane
EAH states that 25 units are allocated through referrals from the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority via the Coordinated Entry System. Those supportive units are not converted into an unrestricted public Apply Now path simply because General Affordable applications are open.
The County describes the overall 50-unit senior project as including 25 units for seniors experiencing homelessness, 24 units for low-income seniors and one manager unit. Treat the current operator's application and referral instructions as the controlling intake guidance rather than assuming every apartment follows the same application process.
An open application does not guarantee a vacancy or selection
Accepting Applications means an authorized intake path is available; it does not promise that a particular household qualifies, that a preferred unit type is vacant, that rent will match an old flyer, or that an applicant will be selected.
Use the current Resident Selection Plan, current rent/income requirements and property-management instructions when completing the application. Keep a dated submission confirmation and independently verify any later request for money or documents.
