Community LiveCommunity Live Guidelines
Community Live should be useful, local and trustworthy. These rules apply to residents, businesses, organizations and public-service accounts.
Do not impersonate people, businesses, agencies or emergency authorities. Verification badges and official-alert privileges cannot be transferred.
Threats, targeted harassment, scams, exploitation, doxxing and misuse of emergency or missing-person features are prohibited.
Businesses must accurately describe specials, events, inventory windows and expiration times. Expired Live Now offers should not remain represented as active.
Public-safety and emergency-class messages require the appropriate verified authority or authoritative source; ordinary accounts cannot manufacture AMBER Alerts or official emergency notices.
Lost/found reports must be good-faith recovery posts. Exact private finder/home locations should not be exposed publicly, and AI photo matches remain possible matches rather than identity proof.
OHR may limit distribution, remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts when necessary to enforce platform rules, safety or law.
Community Live is not an emergency dispatch service. Call 911 or the appropriate authority for emergencies.
