GenesisListings, Sources & Verification
OHR separates listing content, source provenance, freshness and publisher authority so renters can understand what is known and who supplied it.
Material rental facts should retain their source and current-as-of context when available.
A person or organization must demonstrate appropriate authority before receiving verified management/publishing privileges for a property or official organization account.
Genesis may extract and reconcile brochures, documents, websites and feeds, but extracted text alone does not prove ownership, government authority, legal eligibility or current availability.
OHR should preserve material conflicts for review rather than silently selecting whichever value is most favorable.
Stale or unsupported information should be labeled, rechecked, limited or removed from current-state representations as appropriate.
Renters and publishers can report suspected fake listings, impersonation, unauthorized claims or misleading information.
OHR verification indicates the scope actually checked; it is not a blanket guarantee of a property, person, transaction or housing outcome.
