OHR requests device permissions only when a feature needs them and should explain the purpose before the operating system asks for access.
Supports nearby rentals, Life Radar, proximity alerts, routing, check-in and location-aware Community Live features when enabled. Precise/background access should be requested only where the feature requires it.
Supports Property Lens, listing/document capture, Pet Pad/Pet Scan, profile images and other user-requested visual workflows.
Supports voice input and speech-to-text where offered. Microphone access should not imply continuous recording.
Supports rental matches, followed properties/organizations, Community Live and other user-selected alerts. Users can adjust categories and operating-system notification permission.
Permissions can be changed in OHR where applicable and in the device/browser settings. Features that require a revoked permission may become unavailable.
Permission text must remain synchronized with the actual iOS, Android and web permission behavior before release.
