OHR provides rental discovery, Open House, listing, Community Live, housing-opportunity, professional and related technology services. OHR is not the landlord, housing provider or government agency unless expressly stated.

Users must provide accurate information and may publish or manage a property, organization or official account only when authorized to do so.

Listings, advertising, matching, communications and professional use must comply with applicable fair-housing and anti-discrimination laws.

Users retain responsibility for content they submit and grant OHR the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, process and distribute it through requested platform features.

AI-generated summaries, matches, extractions and recommendations may assist users but do not establish legal eligibility, vacancy, identity, government authority or housing approval unless independently verified.

Paid plans are subject to the price, billing period, renewal, cancellation and payment terms presented at purchase. Provider-confirmed payment records control transaction status.

Community Live and OHR communications are not substitutes for 911 or other official emergency channels.

OHR is operated by Connect Point ISP LLC from California. Any governing-law, dispute-resolution or arbitration language should be finalized with qualified counsel before launch.
